Villa Terrace Hotel was opened in 2016.
The owners of the hotel initially chose a place for their own vacation, but later they came up with. the idea to build small apartments for guests.
We chose a location in the picturesque area of Sunny Zakarpattia - an elite area located in the mountains, in the village of Polyana
This place has all the necessary infrastructure: grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, a Hungarian market, spa areas and medical buildings. The city of Mukachevo is 35 km from the hotel.
The design of the hotel changed several times, and finally the construction of the Villa Terrace hotel was approved.
Construction began in 2011. Initially, the hotel had a shared kitchen where everyone could prepare their own meals

Nowadays, the Villa Terrace restaurant hosts the most ambitious events - banquets, master classes, parties, mafia games (on request), sports competitions, New Year's celebrations and Midsummer celebrations
During the construction process, significant efforts were invested in the arrangement of the hotel grounds, playground, as well as a barbecue area, gazebos and a wine cellar

In December 2023, a spa area was opened at Villa Terrace
Transcarpathian bathhouse with an indoor pool, billiards area, relaxation area, reading room and a room for sports poker and board games
Every year the sports poker hall hosts tournaments and Easter master classes on painting Easter eggs. Private parking is also available for guests' convenience.
